Job Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to inquiries from customers, electricians, plumbers, and others via phone and email.
• Providing technical support by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to the installation and use of in-home luxury saunas, steam heaters, generators, app connectivity, etc.
• Assisting in repairing returned products and ensuring all associated paperwork is completed accurately.
• Reviewing new product manuals and offering feedback to enhance information clarity.
• Contributing to the preparation and review of technical training materials and product development processes.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer technical support, both in the field and over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions effectively, focusing on resolving customer issues throughout the day.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering exceptional customer service, which are as vital as having technical expertise. This role often involves assisting frustrated individuals, requiring a friendly and empathetic approach.

Additional Information:

• Compensation: $22-24/hr.
• Location: In-office in Cokato, MN - hybrid work options available after training.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Employment Type: Direct hire with comprehensive benefits package.
