This is a hybrid role working from our Seattle, WA or Plymouth Meeting, PA Office.

Hourly pay rate is set at $21/hour.

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Intern and dive into the world of crafting compelling messages that resonate with our diverse customer base. As an integral part of our team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Communications, you'll gain hands-on experience in connecting our customers with the latest and greatest Accolade technology. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our communication strategies are aligned with our brand voice and objectives. This internship offers the perfect opportunity to develop your writing and communication skills while making a meaningful impact on our customers' experience. A day in the life...

  • Spark creativity in customer campaigns, crafting emails, updates, and promos that pop!
  • Team up for customer stories that pack a punch, fueling our marketing with real-life magic.
  • Dive into planning and coordination of exciting events, webinars, and virtual conferences that leave our customers buzzing.
  • Ride the wave of customer feedback, uncovering opportunities for improvement and carrying positive nuggets to service teams.
  • Explore market trends, discovering what makes customers tick.
  • Keep the marketing machine humming with admin wizardry-data, organization, and reports, oh my!

What we are looking for...
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for healthcare technology and a desire to learn about serving members with the highest quality care and technology experience.
  • Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
