Responsibilities

Working under direct supervision of our Director of Operations, utilizing established processes and procedures the customer service "Amp"bassador manages and controls all external customer and dealer related sales, service and communications.

• Sales order entry
• Sales order communications
• RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) management and communication
• Communication regarding backorders, fulfillment and shipping
• International Commercial Invoice creation
• Support and sales phone calls
• Support and product question emails

• Dare we say we prefer that you play guitar or bass?
• Require a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
• Requires a minimum of (3) years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a clear understanding of working in a process driven operational workflow.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with ability to utilize email, create a document or simple spreadsheet.
• Discreet with demonstrated ability to work in a confidential executive environment using good judgment while acting as an ambassador for the company
• Customer oriented with ability to listen and anticipate needs of the customer in order to provide excellent service.
• Possess interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal/ external customers and business partners
• Analytical with the ability to identify issues and escalate to appropriate resources
• Decisive with ability to make a prompt determination and substantiate decision if challenged.
• Detail oriented with item by item focus, meticulous attention to detail with ability to proofread for accuracy
• Organized state of mind with ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance according to priorities and deadlines
