• Monday-Friday, either
  • 7:00am-03:30pm OR
  • 11:30am-8:00pm

Examples of Work

• Clean member's rooms, restrooms and facility offices to include walls, windows, and ceilings.
• Remove laundry from living areas.
• May assist with delivery of clean linen and personals to resident's rooms.
• Empty trash containers, carpet care including vacuuming, spot removal & shampooing.
• Perform other floor cleaning duties; mop, buff and wax when necessary.

Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIRED:

• No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.

PREFERRED:

• Working knowledge and cleaning experience in commercial business, hospital, medical building or long term care facility;
• Experience with floor care such as: high & low speed buffers, carpet extractor, auto scrubber, and floor scrubber.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of:

• facility standards of sanitation and cleaning procedures.

Ability to:

• follow written and oral instructions;
• operate and maintain cleaning equipment, &
• mix cleaning solutions in proper proportions and
• operate heavy commercial cleaning equipment and to
• move/lift up to 75 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs
