Compensation: $34.17/hr

The CPRC Adult supervisor shall be responsible for overseeing the provision of community support services, serving as the clinical leader of a CPRC team and ensuring services meet clinical quality and compliance standards. Primary focus is on providing clinical supervision and direction to a team of staff, and overseeing clinical care for the clients that team serves.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC

* Provide supervision of community support specialists to include at least one hour of face-to-face individual supervision, daily availability for consultation, and ongoing opportunity for skill development
* Facilitate regular team huddles and meetings focused on directing client care
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to CPRC team
* Ensure appropriate documentation and recording occurs within individual case records per policy
* Participate in weekly team meetings
* Upon receipt of client enrollment from Open Access, ensure a warm hand-off for program orientation, and ensure quick follow-up to start services is made with client (within 24 hours)
* Conduct screenings and assessments for potential consumers
* Assist clients with transportation as clinically indicated; driving is an essential function of the position
* Ensure staff are trained & competent to complete essential job functions
* Meet with new clients as they are enrolled from Open Access and orient new CPRC clients to services
* Under direction of CPRC Director, ensure services provided meet clinical quality and compliance standards
* Driving is an essential function of the position
* Other duties as assigned



Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a human service related field, preferred.

Individual must meet one of the following to qualify:

  • Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (QQ) or
  • Must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (RR) or
  • Must meet the qualifications for a Community Support Specialist (IHS) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (QQ) plus an additional three (3) years of experience. *Experience must be with individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders. **Experience must be with the same population they will serve as a supervisor.
  • A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required

* All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilities
