What You Will Be Doing - Must be able to estimate all CSI Divisions at all design phases from parametric unit costs at predesign and early design (schematics) to full detailed design
estimates at design development through contract documents.
- Read, understand and interpret drawings, photos, sketches, narratives, contract specifications, and other technical documents used in design phases from
conceptual through bid documents and change order documents to describe the scope of work of the construction to achieve the project function.
