Basic Job Functions:

• Leadership of the division with direct oversight of the Finance department
• Uphold Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Corporate policies, and regulatory requirements
• Provide long-term strategic planning while delivering near-term results
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-functioning, cohesive Finance team
• Actively participate and drive the division's safety efforts
• Lead, nurture, and advance the Nucor culture
• Develop and implement strategies that create an Inclusive and Diverse workplace
• Align and execute on the Vulcraft - Verco Group enterprise strategies

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Compensation Information:

Annual compensation ranges from $129,000 - $140,000 and also includes eligibility for annual division Return on Asset bonus along with our annual Profit Sharing bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the fields of Business or Finance
• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing business
• Must be willing to relocate to other locations by the end of five years
• Three years of work experience in financial related leadership positions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant or Master of Business Administration
• Knowledge and competency in contract negotiations
• Adept at embracing and driving change
