The Judge Group has an opportunity for a Content Manager developer lead. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing and designing solutions part of the Bank's Digital Content Management strategy within the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team. The candidate will be a subject matter expert in the Content Management space and able to lead and coordinate a team of CMS developers through implementation of the agreed solutions. This candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, organization, time management, prioritization, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze, support the design, and drive the implementation of CMS solution including migration of existing solutions to new platforms

• Knowledgeable of CMS solutions (such as Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle Right Now, Wordpress), experience in designing and implementing these solutions, including migration strategies

• Able to create migration roadmaps including mapping "current state" to "future state" functionalities, translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with the overall strategy whilst ensuring no gaps

• Experience with developing CM solutions aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

• Collaborate with the relevant Tech supporting teams (e.g., Digital channels, Information Security, infrastructure engineering, APIs and data development teams) to validate the solution and drive the execution of the corresponding deliverables within the defined timelines

• Help the Sr. Director and Marketing Business team to understand complexity at the technical level and to prioritize tasks

• Ensure that the business and IT are in alignment by linking the business strategy, and processes to IT strategy, and documents this using CMS models or views that show how the company's current and future IT needs will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner

• Develops a roadmap for the evolution of the CMS strategy from current to future state (as defined in partnership with IT/Business leadership) whilst ensuring that the solution is effective and scalable

• Understands CMS technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models

• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)


• Proven hands-on work experience as a Content Manager developer lead or technical manager

• Proven hands-on work experience in implementing CMS solutions such as Abode Experience Manager

• Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing

• Knowledgeable of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics

• Demonstrated experience in defining CMS strategies to support the business' strategy

• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and information security practices

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Ability to adjust to new developments/changing circumstances

• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with multiple levels of the organizational structure, including senior level management


• CMS architecture / development experience is a plus

• Solid experience in implementing Content Management solutions, particularly, in implementing migration strategies
