We have an opening for a Content Designer who will guide clients through our digital experiences by defining what, when, where, and how to communicate. What you'll do:

• Write and edit well-informed product content that drives user experience and search engine optimization. Participate in the overall design process, including using content-first design strategies
• Work independently and collaborate with other team members to create and update features for our digital products and experiences. Participate in activities such as discovery, concepting, wireframing, and prototyping
• Work with the team to translate requirements into design solutions that solve both client and business needs
• Use data and user feedback to guide recommendations and content decisions
• Present strategies and recommendations to design partners and stakeholders. Use expertise and persuasion to influence the product vision and design
• Analyze content and recommend testing, where appropriate, to identify areas for improvement

Who you are:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrate exceptional UX writing skills
• A background in effectively guiding users through a digital experience with relevant content
• Ability to write clearly, concisely and on-brand
• Posses strong presentation skills
• Experience providing writing feedback to other content designers
• The ability to measure and explain content value

Preferred:

• Understanding of SEO best practices for creating content and writing metadata
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling content strategy deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to recommend and conduct content research and testing
