Your Role:

You will manage global cross-functional teams to manage the commercial processes for selling our Bio4C™ Software portfolio. You will partner with our software team to develop and execute project plans to manage customer software implementations. You will closely partner with the Customer Success organization to define the appropriate processes, tools, and organizational requirements that will enable a consistently effective, reliable and sustainable delivery of software to our internal and external customer manufacturing facilities.

Primary responsibilities will include providing visibility of the sales process and customer implementation projects by supporting the technical project leads in defining implementation project plans, establishment of roles and responsibilities, managing resource and risk management, and organizational communication throughout the project duration.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Partner with the commercial team members to ensure all commercial documentation and processes are in place to effectively begin onsite implementation within the targeted project timeline (i.e. sales, legal, commercial services, etc)
  • Work closely with the commercial team and the customer to establish trust, starting as early as possible during the sale/post-sale process by providing visibility of the overall project plan
  • Work with the Customer/M-S teams/Any Integrators/Any Vendors to tailor the Implementation plan to fit the Customer's needs and logistics
  • Gather feedback and metrics from implementation to improve the implementation process and our products as appropriate.
  • Ensure project status and progress are documented in appropriate business systems (i.e. SFDC, Servicemax, etc) with the proper invoicing and revenue recognition reflecting project completion/

You will be expected to work collaboratively across the Commercial, Customer Success and Process Automation and Delivery teams to align priorities to execute on the Customer project plans and needs.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS degree / equivalent plus 9-12 years or MS

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7 years experience in life sciences, engineering, business- software industry experience highly preferred
  • Experience in project management in a matrix organization of both software and non-software projects, commercial project management experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with waterfall & agile methodologies, PMP or PMI-ACP certification highly desirable
  • Work well in a team environment, exhibit strong team leadership, provide motivation, inspiration, and vision to the teams and can facilitate high performing teams and decision-making based on what's best for the business
  • Demonstrated capacity to structure, document and constantly follow-through in a high-pace innovative environment
  • Experience using commercial project management and CRM tools.
