Beacon Hill Staffing is looking for a Collections Representative (B2B). We are seeking to hire a talented Collections Representative to join our client's team. If you're a hard-working professional, this is a great company for you. We are looking for highly motivated people who strive to work towards a monthly goal. Agents who can maintain positive energy while on the phone, with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and approved written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
• Extreme professionalism, discretion and attention to detail is required due to the sensitive nature of collections.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Previous collections or call center experience.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Deadline oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to take on ad hoc projects
• Basic computer skills required: typing, data entry
