The Clinical Services Coordinator works with providers, departmental administration, making decisions to maximize provider utilization, and other management staff to create and/or revise master template schedules (in Qgenda and Epic) of all providers, resources, in accordance with established policies and procedures and ensures schedules receive the required approval. The Clinical Services Coordinator provides support to Temple Cardiology inpatient and outpatient services in the Central Texas Region. The Clinical Services Coordinator works independently in meeting monthly deadlines during the building of the templates to assure timely completion so patient access for appointments is not delayed. Clinical Services Coordinator prepares clinical services reports to support division objectives.
An ideal candidate for this position must be able to demonstrate critical and analytical thinking skills; be able to work independently, and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
