Location: This position is a hybrid role located in Charlotte, NC. You will be required to work onsite 2-3 days a week based on client needs.

What will I be doing as an Insights Consultant II?

Collaborate with our clients and internal teams to maximize and apply insights gleaned from Circana data including store data analysis, household purchase behavior analysis, surveys, audits, data modeling, in-market testing, and other custom projects.

NOTE: This is a hybrid role with location in the greater Charlotte market required. Minimum 2 days per week onsite required.

Responsibilities:

Supports Circana Clients through effective and efficient planning, leadership, execution, collaboration, and communication of specific projects.

• Analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients: • Approach client with coherent, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs • Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client.
• Lead efforts to identify business issues and opportunities and suggests the appropriate level analytic solution/approach Consultative Selling.
• Apply knowledge of the business, industry and domain to identify, create and close business opportunities.
• Work collaboratively within the client teams and Circana teams to identify business issues and opportunities and offer solutions/recommendations to address client needs.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image.
• Train the client on analytic approaches, and demonstrate how to leverage business data to drive informed decisions around their business.
• Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements • Help customers identify solutions to problems they did not know they had
• Will manage 1 Analyst.

Qualifications:

• 5+ progressive years of experience in marketing and sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or marketing analytics company.
• Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications within the CPG industry.
• Experience with Circana or other syndicated data solutions is required.
• CPG Industry knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools required.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $84,000.00 $113,000.00.
