We are looking for a Cash Management Specialist for one of our clients in Orange County, CA. The role will be onsite Mon-Fri and will pay $23/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Track all cash receipts and disbursements on a daily basis
- Prepare and record journal entries
- Maintain account reconciliation spreadsheets
- Reconciliation of bank accounts monthly
- Audit and/or clear manual wire payments
- Reconciliation of PNC A/P credit cards and corporate cards
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of prior Cash Management experience preferred
- Strong accounting fundamentals
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
