Purpose
The CRS Case Manager provides virtual and in-person assistance to eligible refugee and migrant populations, including Cuban-Haitian entrants, Ukrainian humanitarian parolees, Afghan SIVs, and other qualified newcomers. The Case Manager will complete client intake and assessments to determine program eligibility, developing a service plan and connecting eligible clients to appropriate benefits and resources. The Case Manager provides trauma-informed and client-centered services to support individual client needs, offering a range of educational, financial, medical, social, vocational, and other services and resources based on client need and eligibility. The Case Manager will be based out of the CWS Fort Collins office, with travel to local government and community service agencies and the ability to provide services remotely to clients throughout the State of Colorado. The Case Manager will work directly with incoming families and will be required to complete a background check, confidentiality agreement, and training modules, treating all individuals with compassion, understanding, and respect. Spanish language ability is highly preferred.
