Job Description

We are looking for a Case Manager. This position will be a full-time and remote contract opportunity.

Due to the nature of this position, all candidates must be able to work direct for any employer without sponsorship.

What You'll Do

  • This job delivers highly complex clinical and systems training courses, ongoing workshops in support of workforce development, technology and/or proprietary business systems, updates or creates course materials to reflect changes in processes or systems and manages the department training effectively to ensure efficient and effective learning
  • Ensures that educational programs meets with all compliance, regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Conducts ongoing audit review programs, develops tools to assess current outcomes and trends along with Directors, Managers and Supervisors
  • Develops educational interventions to maintain contractually mandated standards of care as it applies to existing and future Policies, Workflows, and Systems functions. Responsible for after-action items as outcome of Quarterly State Audit Reviews, Annual MERCER Review and NCQA Review.
  • Develops ongoing educational programs

What You'll Need

Required
  • Bachelor's required - in either Social Work, Nursing, or Education
  • Clinical background

Preferred
  • Nursing/Social Work license strongly desired
  • Candidate should have some years of related experience - experience with Utilization Management, Utilization Review, Hospitality
  • CCM (Certified Case Manager) strongly preferred
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
