Business Development Representative - $50k base + Commission

Job Duties

• Utilize various channels such as research, cold-calling, networking events, referrals, targeted email campaigns, and social media to identify, target, and assess potential clients interested in Managed IT Services, ensuring a continuous flow of new business leads.
• Make an average of 30-40 outbound calls daily to engage with potential clients and qualify their interest in our services.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage prospects and secure initial appointments with our sales team.
• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting activities, and opportunity assessment, using CRM tools and established sales techniques to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and IT teams to devise and execute strategies for generating demand and promoting our services effectively.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies within the Managed IT Services sector to stay informed and adapt sales approaches accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting experience preferred.
• People oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
• Caring about customers, team members and the community.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and passionate for technology.
• Proven success in a competitive environment.
• Reliable transportation as you'll be traveling locally to meet with customers.

Additional Information:

• Pay Range: $50k/yr. + Commission ($60-80k/yr. FYE) + $2,000 Hiring Bonus
• Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
• Location: In-office
• Type: Direct Hire
