Hays has partnered with an established Owner, Operator, Developer who is looking to hire a Building Engineer to support the building operations of a 'Class A' office building in Bellevue!
Your new role
As the Building Engineer you will be supporting the Chief Engineer and team in all preventative maintenance and housekeeping duties of a Class A 500K+ Sq.Ft. office building. Your duties will include, but are not limited to mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing preventative maintenance, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have a minimum of 5+ years of technical experience in a Class A office setting
- You will have excellent communication skills with internally and externally and ability to work with a team
- Experience with all general maintenance requirements of the building (electrical, plumbing, preventative)
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot and read/understand blueprints
- Must possess EPA Universal, Refrigeration, Boiler Operator, and State of Washington 07 Specialty Electrician License
