You are a senior product manager with years of experience working with SaaS products and analyzing customer needs. You are a high performing contributor who can bring industry best-practices into play as you help us establish a formal product management discipline. You are passionate about building highly efficient and user-centered products. You have clear and concise communication skills. You get bonus points for experience in the pest control or other service industries. You are interested in being part of a fast-paced, growing SaaS software company and have a knack for identifying innovative solutions to address the challenges in the services industry. You're someone who values building trust and rapport with the people you work with and recognize its effect on your success.

Where

Briostack has an office in Lehi, UT and the EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. If you're close to one of our offices, you can work in-office or in a hybrid set up, or this role can be 100% remote from anywhere in the United States. You must be eligible to work in the United States to qualify for this role.

What you'll be doing

• Work with key stakeholders, prospects, and customers to identify and prioritize product features and functionality
  
• Serve as a product owner for multiple agile engineering teams and interact with them daily
  
• Work along engineering and UX to create solutions that exceed customer expectations
  
• Translate high-level product definitions into detailed product requirements for the engineering teams
  
• Clearly and regularly communicate the product requirements, vision, and priorities to engineering and stakeholders
  
• Maintain the product roadmap
  
• Participate in discussions with current and prospective customers to represent the future of the Briostack product offerings
  
• Regularly groom the product backlog, ensuring that all user stories are well defined and prioritized
  
• Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to create competitive advantages in the marketplace
  
• Frequently communicate with customers to understand their needs, problems, and opportunities and turn that information into actionable product growth plans
  
• Actively participate in online customer forums
  
• Understand and effectively the "why" behind backlog items and their relative importance
  
• Analyze product usage patterns and make recommendations to enhance or discontinue underused portions of the product
  
• Occasional travel may be required
  

Skills and competencies we'll be evaluating

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of success
  
• You've worked at a startup or small company (< 50 employees)
  
• Experience with B2B Software as a Service products
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies as a product owner
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Builds trust easily and effortlessly to assume a leadership role
  
• Creative thinker and problem solver
  
• Strong business acumen
  
• You're self-motivated and a driven contributor who gets things done
  
• You're well organized and detail-oriented
  
• You have deep knowledge of and experience applying product management best practices

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
