Summary:
Designs, builds, implements and maintains a blood donor recruitment program for the collection of blood products for use by RPCI patients; attracts donors and maximizes blood donor program participation; assume responsibility for the execution of targeted marketing campaigns and public relations; engages in public speaking; builds corporate alliances; evaluates the Institute's blood product utilization; develops and coordinates programs to meet blood product needs; contributes to ensuring the stability of on-site collected blood product inventory.

Starting salary for this position is $57,984 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in public relations, marketing, sales or other related field.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have previous marketing/recruitment experience, experience with data management analysis/tools, and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
