POSITION SUMMARY
Compiles time records for customer contract and assists in preparation of invoices to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reads computer files or gathers records such as timecards, purchase orders, sales tickets, and charge slips, to compile needed data.
* Enters information into computer or computes amounts due.
* Summarizes time and assists in preparation of invoices to customer.
* Posts transactions to accounting records.
