This position is responsible for producing Automation CAD drawings in accordance with established Faith CAD and design standards. Also, this position is responsible for the implementation and support of automation and process control systems including new installations as well as demand service. Activities are generally performed on-site at customer facilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Associate's Degree in Automated Manufacturing, Electro Mechanical Technology, EET

Experience: Five to seven years of related experience

Travel: 5-40%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday- Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Produces Automation CAD drawings in accordance with established Faith CAD and design standards.
    • Calibrates and configures instruments and devices.
    • Assists with in-house control panel checkout activities.
    • Coordinates the Automation CAD function and standards in conjunction with the Automation manager.
    • Provides effective customer training as needed.
    • Interfaces with owners and subcontractors to perform project checkout and start-up activities assuring the completed project meets performance requirements.
    • May perform project engineering responsibilities on small projects.
    • Responds to project warranty issues and customer service needs (service calls).
    • Assists project engineers with software development.
    • Provides technical guidance to field construction personnel to ensure that construction activities comply with industry standards and project requirements.
    • Consistently follows Faith Technologies established design standards.
    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
