Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Automation Assembly Operator for a great company located near RDU Airport!

This is full time, temp to perm.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $18/hour

Requirements

Qualifications for Automation Assembly Operator:

  • Must have extensive component manufacturing, metalworking, automation and/ or software application industry system engineering knowledge.
  • Understanding of the system engineering process as it relates to use and service of products.
  • Exceptional technical problem solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Must work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to develop an understanding of the component manufacturing and sales industry and product lines.
Education and/or Experience for Automation Assembly Operator:
  • A high school diploma is required. Prefer a minimum of 1 years' experience in assembly of components in the manufacturing sector.
  • Understanding of blueprints, sketches, drawings, and manuals. Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • High attention to detail
Language Skills for Automation Assembly Operator:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret highly technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to trouble-shoot in the field and communicate with cross-functional team to resolve problems.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts and agreements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with employees, customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employee, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills for Automation Assembly Operator:
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
Reasoning Ability for Automation Assembly Operator:
  • Ability to identify and define complex design and engineering problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of diagrams, blueprints, specifications and technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form used to solve service and application problems.
Computer Skills for Automation Assembly Operator:
  • Ability to use PC applications including basic spread sheets, word processing, Internet and Email. Ability to use or learn to use in-house sales/order applications as they relate to repairs and service.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations for Automation Assembly Operator:

Valid Driver's License
