Job Profile SummaryThis senior district-wide administrative position, under minimal supervision, leads and is accountable for the operations of the Facilities Design and Construction Department; assigned projects; coordinates and develops design of construction remodeling, renovation, new, and other capital outlay projects; assists the AVP for Facilities Management with the proper functioning and smooth operation of the day-to-day fiscal control and administration of the Facilities Design and Construction Department; works as part of a team with the other Associate Vice Presidents in the Facilities Division; works independently under very limited supervision and trains and supervises the performance of assigned personnel.
