Shearman & Sterling is seeking experienced and versatile associates with interest in civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters for our U.S. offices. Our core areas of practice include antitrust litigation, securities litigation and enforcement, white collar defense and investigations, global compliance and anticorruption, M&A/shareholder litigation, intellectual property litigation, and other complex commercial disputes. Requirements include strong academic qualifications and license to practice in New York.

Shearman & Sterling's compensation is aligned with the standard market-rate salary scale. The good faith, annualized salary range for this position is $215,000 to $415,000 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law such as, education, training, other responsibilities. The annual salary range listed is just one component of Sherman & Sterling's total compensation and benefits package which includes a discretionary bonus, paid leave, life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
