Job Responsibilities
Pennoni Associates is current seeking a Associate Land Development Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to:
- Analyze data to plan and design projects
- Prepare and submit permits to comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations
- Prepare base files, plan exhibits, construction documentation and detailed design drawings for an array of land development and civil engineering projects
- Prepare designs from general instruction and preliminary sketches, diagrams, or schematic
- Prepare working drawings from conceptual plans, to entitlement documents, planning documents, through final engineering construction documents and construction record drawings
