What you'll do...

The Flexographic Area Manager is a leader responsible for the safety and security of our associates and facility on our weekend night shift. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to quality management, productivity, training, and development of associates. This exciting opportunity will gain experience in other areas of printing and will work primarily with Flexography, Wide Format Digital Printing, and Bindery and Finishing. The role is with Walmart Print Solutions the only in-house print facility for Walmart located in Bentonville Arkansas and reports to the Department Manager of Flexography and Silkscreen and/or Operations Manager.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

• You have experience in Flexographic printing and converting or manufacturing.
• You have experience leading associates.
• You have a working knowledge of lean manufacturing.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• You have strong communication skills both verbally and written.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00
