*Requirements:* Building Automation, HVAC, AutoCAD/Visual Basic
*Salary:* $75-105k DOE
*Location:* Omaha, NE

What You Will Be Doing * Review project specifications and drawings; divide the scope of work into digestible chunks and send to the Project Manager for scheduling.

* Posting "Request for Information" (RFI) documents pertaining to project programming to System Engineer, Project Manager, and Engineering Manager.

* Help with the startup and commissioning of big systems such as AHUs, chiller plants, and other utilities.

* Troubleshoot and correct BMS integration issues.

What You Need for this Position * Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.

* Proficiency with building automation programming (Function Block, Ladder, or Text-based preferable) or other programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, VBA)

* A thorough grasp of electrical and network wiring, as well as BAS component programming.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD, Visual Basic, and/or Visio.

* Experience with Tridium is a plus

* Knowledge of Modbus and BACnet protocols, as well as their integration with BAS systems.
