SUMMARY:
The Advanced Services Resource Management Lead will assist in building and managing resource and recruiting plans for opportunities inside of their Advanced Services Practice Area where Kforce is preparing to recruit or is actively recruiting to support client needs. The Lead will actively collaborate and build relationships with Field and Vertical account leaders to ensure resource and recruiting plans are in place before recruiting and to ensure we are finding the best talent for our clients, both from external sources and via redeploying existing Kforce consultants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for directly managing and leading at least 1 AS Resource Manager
KEY SUCCESS INDICATORS/ATTRIBUTES:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years recruiting or resource management experience, ideally in a staffing environment.
3-5 years of technology experience and or technology staffing knowledge preferred, to be able to discuss technology and project dynamics internally and with consultants as needed.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Approximately twice per year for team meetings
Potential for occasional and limited domestic travel to meet with Kforce Field and Vertical Leaders and Recruiting teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
