GHD Digital is hiring a Administrative Project Coordinatorfor our Digital Intelligence (Data & Analytics) business to implement performance and operational initiatives to achieve "best practice" as identified by the Global Digital Leadership Team. This role can be open to anyone near a GHD Hub office in Canada or USA. We have a slight preference for eastern time zone, those offices are in Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Tampa and Greater Toronto.

The role will:

  • Coordinate activities for North America (NA) Digital Intelligence (DI) team.
  • Schedule and attend various meetings for DI team. Keep track of the commitments made in the meetings and follow-up on those commitments.
  • Assist DI team leads in tracking performance using a balanced score card method. Ensure timely completion of monthly reporting.
  • Organize events & travel, assist in tracking events that are attended by DI team. Help with travel, invoicing, and expenses on an as needed basis.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly reporting for Digital Leaders
  • Implement quality, compliance, performance, and Health / Safety / Environment (HSE) routine tasks and initiatives, working closely with team leaders in each respective business function.
  • Work closely with Practice Directors (and Project Directors and Project Managers as appropriate) and Finance Managers in monitoring and improving practice, team, and team performance to deliver superior client service, products and financial performance that meets GHD's expectations
  • Act as coordinator of internal projects that encompass multiple practices or sub-practices
  • In rare cases, act as coordinator for external projects that encompass multiple sub-practices and practices.
  • Work in fast-paced environment and navigate shifting priorities

Your skills, experience and qualifications:
  • College diploma or University degree
  • 5+ years experience coordinating activities, events, or projects in a team setting
  • High level of comfort with computers, software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability and patience to help others understand what needs to be done
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
  • Ambition to build and develop a career
  • Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to work under limited supervision
  • Very organized, with the ability to navigate constantly shifting priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive and lasting relationships with colleagues and clients
