What's needed for this role?
  • Provide administrative support to a litigation team such as calendar and contact management, submitting expense reports, and scheduling meetings, document revision, edits, and proofreading
  • Conduct detailed legal research and assist in managing case documentation (organizing, indexing)
  • Assemble binders, evidence, and exhibits for trial preparation
  • Maintain and update electronic files

Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong sense of accountability, ability to take ownership of projects and responsibilities and resolve issues proactively
  • Proactive, energetic, upbeat, positive attitude
  • Willingness to be a problem-solver and strive for process improvements
  • Respectful, reliable and dependable team player; ability to work productively with firm personnel at all levels
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
