Job Description Summary

Perform administrative and clerical duties in the assigned department under the close direction of the experienced supervisor/manager.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with scanning and organizing documents

• Admin/Clerical help in Accounting and Construction

• File paperwork and maintain filing systems

• Perform support at Company events, including set up, assistance, and cleanup.

• Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
• A drug screen is required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.
