Overview
The Acute Care Surgery PRN APP - Kennestone is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses - are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association.

Job Details
Facility: Kennestone Hospital
Wellstar Medical Group is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers to join our Trauma Acute Care Surgery team at Kennestone to work PRN. APPs assist in all aspects of Acute Care Surgery from responding to trauma activations, floor rounding, taking care of surgical ICU patients, EGS patients and trauma floor patients and working with the physicians and other duties as assigned.
