Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client in the N Addison,TX area is seeking an AP Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities include:

• AP processing experience including Non-PO processing for 10-15 small entities
• Experience working with vendors to resolve discrepancies (research and resolution)
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Vendor set up including retrieving W9
• Back up to AP check run
