Are you a skilled professional with a passion for numbers and exceptional communication abilities? We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in San Ramon on a temporary-to-hire basis.

Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: San Ramon (100% On-Site)
Pay Rate: $28-30/hour
Duration: Temporary to Hire

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong collection skills
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Spanish as a significant advantage
• Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred but not required)
• Moderate Excel skills, including formatting and data exporting
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to multitask and maintain organized workflow
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes
