We are seeking an individual who is passionate, team and detail oriented, and ready to grow their career. This position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within Corporate Accounting. Responsibilities include processing activity related to outside contractor invoices, internally developed software and incentive contests. The position is also responsible for balancing multiple suspense accounts, accounting for prepaid expenses and assisting with budgeting of these expenses. Other responsibilities include maintaining the Accounts Payable vendor master, processing monthly accruals, manual payment runs, and monitoring Accounts Payable mailboxes and open items.   

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze Accounts Payable invoices related to Internally Developed Software for capitalized and expensed projects for coding and proper classification
  • Manage and reconcile various suspense accounts
  • Reconcile prepaid expenses and assist with the preparation of budget
  • Manage open accounts payable invoices
  • Maintain the vendor master file
  • Prepare monthly accruals
  • Balance and post activity related to incentive contests
  • Monitor automated payment runs and process manual runs as needed
  • Monitor Accounts Payable mailboxes

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

  • College degree (Accounting) or equivalent plus three years of relevant experience required
  • CPA designation preferred
  •  Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines needed
  •  Effective problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Strong human relations, adaptability and collaboration skills needed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  •  SAP experience would be beneficial but not required
